Upscale successfully completed the design and build of Roya Developments’ 550m² sales office in New Cairo within a 45-day timeline. The project focused on creating a dynamic, customer-centric environment that showcases Roya’s brand identity. Key design elements include open sales areas, private meeting rooms, and a welcoming reception. With a modern aesthetic, the space integrates clean lines, natural materials, and optimized lighting to enhance the client experience, all while maintaining a high standard of functionality and efficiency.
