Upscale was commissioned by Roya Developments to design and build the 200m² Telal Sokhna Sales Office in Ain Sokhna. The project included the construction of the skeleton and full interior fit-out, delivering a modern, functional space designed to facilitate client interactions and showcase the Telal Sokhna development. With an emphasis on clean architectural lines, natural light, and efficient space usage, the office creates an inviting and professional environment while aligning with Roya’s brand identity.
